1. Your coach, Clay, discusses your therapy goals and suggests the best programs.
2. Optional: The survivor uses those programs while Clay watches their screen remotely via "screen-share". He helps you adjust the difficulty of the programs.
3. If those programs aren't a good fit, Clay can suggest other programs to use.
